Chaaron projects — Brick Rise Developers, Ace Infracity Developers, Land Kart Builders aur Samridhi Infra Square — ko conditional occupancy certificates issue kar diye gaye hain, jab unke developers ne apne outstanding dues clear kar diye. Authority ne security ke taur par 20% units par first charge retain kiya hai. Plot 2 ka layout Lucknow ke Skyline Architectural Consultant ne prepare kiya tha aur isse 10 Jun, 2026 ki report ke through Sports Authority of India ne vet kiya tha.
Is approval se site poori tarah se unlock nahi hoti: 18 Jan, 2021 ko CAG dwara flag ki gayi irregularities ki wajah se development rok diya gaya tha, aur Authority abhi bhi court ki supervision mein kaam kar rahi hai. 6 Oct ko Supreme Court ne teeno Sports City project cases ko alag-alag sunne ka faisla kiya, aur agli hearings 9 Dec, 16 Dec aur 20 Jan ko list ki gayi hain, jisse lagbhag 8,000 homebuyers abhi bhi apne units ka wait kar rahe hain.
