What happened
TechCrunch Events says exhibitors have until September 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT to reserve a branded 6x30-inch table for the three-day conference at Moscone West in San Francisco.
Startups have five days left to lock in an exhibit table at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026. TechCrunch Events issued a reminder on September 14 that the booking window closes on September 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
The conference runs October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco and is expected to draw more than 10,000 founders, investors, operators and tech leaders. Each exhibit package includes a 6-foot by 30-inch branded table where teams can demo for all three days, plus lead generation through the Disrupt app.
Beyond the table, exhibitors get 10 team passes, branding across the website, app and onsite signage, access to the TechCrunch Disrupt press list, a company profile on the event site and mobile app, and Silver Tier sponsor designation.
For non-exhibiting attendees, the Expo Hall will host 300-plus startups, six industry stages and the Startup Battlefield 200 β whose alumni have collectively raised $32 billion. With discounted attendee, founder and investor passes also on sale, the exhibit deadline is the last call for startups that want floor presence at one of the year's biggest tech gatherings.
What the exhibit package includes
The package bundles more than floor space: lead generation via the Disrupt app, 10 team passes, branding on website, app and signage, press-list access, a company profile on the event site and mobile app, and Silver Tier sponsor status.
Why founders still exhibit
Disrupt's Expo Hall will feature 300+ startups and the Startup Battlefield 200, whose alumni have raised $32 billion. For early-stage teams, three days of in-person demos plus app-driven leads can shortcut months of outbound.
Why it matters for me
Founders who book get three days of demos, Disrupt app lead gen, 10 team passes and Silver Tier branding; after the deadline, floor presence is gone.
