Valve ka standalone Steam Frame VR headset finally $1,059 par launch ho gaya hai, aur company khud keh rahi hai ye price uske plan se kaafi zyada hai kyunki global RAM aur storage ke daam tez badh gaye hain.
Developer Jeremy Selan ne BBC ko bataya ki team ka plan shuru me kaafi sasta device banana tha, lekin global RAM aur storage market ne Valve ko bhi waise hi hit kiya jaise sabko kiya, aur team ne bahut push kiya tab jaake price $1,059 tak laya ja saka.

Jeremy Selan told the BBC that the global RAM and storage market impacted Valve like everyone else and the team fought hard to get it even to this price.
The Steam Frame runs standalone on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with 16GB RAM, enough to run Half-Life: Alyx natively on the headset.
The Steam Frame streams wirelessly over Wi-Fi or via an included 6GHz USB dongle, unlike the prior Valve Index which required a cable.
The Valve Index launched at $999 and required a wired PC connection; Valve had targeted a lower price for the Steam Frame than that.
Pierre-Loup Griffais told IGN it was too far in development to fully rethink the product and ship with less RAM.
Griffais told IGN Valve is pretty comfortable with the price because memory-containing products are trending the same way and the Steam Machine is not getting more expensive than a comparable PC.
Griffais hinted to Tom's Hardware that the Steam Frame may be sold at cost, saying there is not really any distortion compared to just the price of parts.
The Steam Machine living-room PC is priced at $1,049 and was confirmed by Valve to be sold at cost.
