Kya hua
14 September 2026 ko BHEL Board ne apne 50:50 JV NBPPL me Rs 65 crore ka fresh equity FY2026-27 me tranches me dalna approve kiya.
Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) ne 14 September 2026 ko bataya ki uske Board ne NTPC BHEL Power Projects Private Limited (NBPPL) — NTPC ke saath 50:50 joint venture — me Rs 65 crore ka additional equity investment approve kiya hai. Ye paisa FY2026-27 ke dauraan ek ya zyada tranches me face value par cash ke through lagaya jayega, aur BHEL ki 50% shareholding same rahegi.
BHEL ki SEBI LODR Regulation 30 ke tahat exchange filing ke mutabik, is investment ka main purpose urgent liabilities ko settle karna aur NBPPL ko going concern ke roop me chalaye rakhna hai. Company ne clear kiya ki dono promoters — BHEL aur NTPC — ye investment arm's length par karenge aur is deal ke liye kisi government ya regulatory approval ki zarurat nahi hai.
NBPPL April 2008 me incorporate hua tha taaki power plants aur infrastructure projects ke liye EPC contracts execute kare aur India aur abroad me power plant equipment manufacture aur supply kare. Lekin JV ka turnover tezi se gira hai — FY2025-26 me provisional Rs 1.04 crore, FY2024-25 me Rs 3.48 crore aur FY2023-24 me Rs 18.19 crore — isi wajah se fresh equity support zaruri ho gaya hai.
Dusri taraf BHEL ke shares me zabardast tezi hai — 2026 me lagbhag 50% return, July me Rs 446 ka naya record high, aur abhi lagbhag Rs 431 par trade kar raha hai jo 2020 ke low Rs 18.40 se 2,200% se zyada upar hai. Board meeting 14 September 2026 ko shaam 4:37 se 6:22 baje tak hui thi aur usi din ye disclosure file kiya gaya.
NBPPL ko abhi cash kyun chahiye
NBPPL April 2008 me EPC contracts aur power equipment manufacturing ke liye bana tha. Pichle do saalon me iska business volume lagatar gira hai, isi wajah se urgent liabilities clear karne aur company ko chalaye rakhne ke liye ye naya equity diya ja raha hai.
